I love the idea of sitting in the comfort of my own home rather than waking my family to go wait anywhere up to 5 hours in the Emergency Department to see a doctor. I have used the service many times. Excellent customer service and I'm very Happy to recommend this service to my family and friends :)
- Brett Smith Added June 25, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are sick DO NOT use this service. Full of lies. My son who is 6 has been waiting since 11.15am and now it is 7.30pm. We had confirmation from one of the doctors that they would be at our place at 3.30pm - NO SHOW and no explanation. I have since cancelled the service. If I were you John Burgess I wouldn't have my name against this company.
